Best Robot Vacuum Cleaner and Mop
If you're looking to tidy up your mess quickly and efficiently, a robot vacuum and mop is the best way to go. The best robot vacuums and mop I tested had excellent navigation and mapping. They sucked up Cheerios and fake dog turds, well as wires that were strung up.
You can also schedule cleaning chores through an app and monitor their progress.
1. Roborock S8 MaxV Ultra
If you're looking for the top robot vacuum and mop combination with bleeding-edge features, consider the Roborock S8 MaxV Ultra. This high-end vacuum is fast and agile, and it picked up human hair and pet hair almost perfectly in our Debris Pickup Test. It also comes with a stylish app interface with a miniature map of your home and a few on-screen buttons for manual control.
Another notable feature is the S8's ability to alter its cleaning mode in accordance with dirt levels thanks to its Dirt Detection technology. It will wash its mopping pads more frequently when it encounters dust. Carpeted areas get the first priority when mopping with mopping pads that are damp.
It comes with a range of other smart features also, including an alternative dock that connects to your plumbing to clean and wash the mop without requiring you to refill it manually. With the built-in voice assistant in the S8, you can use voice commands to specify rooms cleaning options and the ability to control granular settings using only your voice.
2. Yeedi Cube
If you're looking for a hands-off robot vacuum that can mop the Yeedi Cube is one of the more versatile choices. It's among the many combinator robot vacuums that include mops that are also available at a lower cost than other models.
Like many robovacs Yeedi Cube requires a little bit of work in order to get started, including setting up an account on the app of the manufacturer and connecting it to your WiFi network. Once you've completed that, the machine will start vacuuming and mops effortlessly.
It is important to note that the mapping process can take a while and may require a few attempts before the Yeedi Cube has an accurate picture of your space. Additionally the object detection is difficult to determine; it was able to skirt furniture and other obstacles, but was stuck on a looser tassel rug and had to flip itself over to free itself. These aren't major issues and the Yeedi Cube remains a great choice for those in need of a cleaning companion that does all of the above.
3. Ecovacs Deebot X2 Combo Complete
The Ecovacs Deebot X2 Combo Complete provides a three-in-one cleaning solution. Its advanced mopping uses a rotating motion that is similar to hand scrubbers. This means that floors are cleaned, not just being swept. The vacuum stick that can be detached is an absolute game changer that can reach areas where robot vacuums can't.
This model is essentially identical to the popular X2 Omni but with a slightly higher suction capacity of 8,700Pa as well as a few other smart features. The upgraded RGBD sensor is able to learn your home's surroundings better and provide dynamic obstacles avoidance. And the smart app lets you adjust a variety of settings that include scheduling, AI cleanings, and setting virtual boundaries.
The X2 Combo also has self-preparation. Both the robot vacuum and mop return to their charging base at the end of each task to clean their pads, empty the dust bins, and put the debris in the self-sealing bag. This helps keep the system clean, and also stops allergens from circulating. The battery longevity is sufficient to cover large areas without needing a recharge mid-clean.
4. Eufy S1 Pro

As one of the expensive robot vacuum and mop models, the Eufy S1 Pro offers impressive features for its price. It has a strong 8,000 Pa suction power, a rotating brush for carpets and hard floors and a great obstacles-avoiding. It also boasts an innovative mopping system which uses a roller continuously doused with water to pull dirt and place it in the dirty water tank.
Its navigation system was efficient. It stayed clear of stairs and navigated close to walls without crashing. It was unable to handle fine particles and didn't always clear the raised thresholds in rooms. Its operating noise level is also high, so this model might not be as easy to set and forget as other models.
The S1 Pro, like most robotic vacuums, has a docking technology that allows it to replenish its clean water, empty the dust bin as well as wash and dry the mop, and then empty its mop pad. This makes maintenance simple and helps the S1 Pro to spend more time cleaning floors in regular schedules. Eufy's app lets you manage all the functions. It gives an easy overview and a variety of configuration options.
5. Freo X Ultra
The Freo X Ultra robot vacuum/mower is among the top mowers and vacuums available that are available. It delivers impressive vacuuming and mopping results. Its LIDAR mapping sensor can recognize furniture legs and other obstacles with good accuracy, and the app lets users fine-tune coverage of the map, define no-go zones, and customize cleaning preferences. The Freo's roller brush was designed to prevent hair from wrapping around it. This can be an issue with a lot of robotic vacuums.
The Mop Mode is impressive too and comes with Reuleaux triangular mop pads that spin at 180 RPM and apply up to 12N of downward pressure. The mopping system also includes intelligent carpet detection, lifting these pads upwards when they're near soft surfaces to prevent contamination of them.
The docking station that is all-in-one functions as a hands-free center for maintenance which is capable of automatically drying and washing the mops before refilling them with detergent and water. The base station has an integrated dust removal system that compacts dust, which allows for seven weeks of uninterrupted maintenance.
6. S10
A few hundred dollars less than the S8, this robot is a slick job of keeping my home office spotless and also take on the corners of my tight apartment. It uses laser mapping and a camera to create an outline of your area, so it knows which areas to avoid. It also has a detector for objects and obstructions that can avoid things like toys and dog bowls (but not Poop) unlike most vacuums.
It also has some outstanding notable features, like an automatic emptying dustbin and a mop pad that's self-washing and adjustable to the temperature of the water and a side-reaching brush that can get to areas other mops miss. automated vacuum can also adjust the settings for each room and set up cleaning schedules.
Similar to the S8, it has multi-room smart mapping and can differentiate between carpets, laminate and hardwood flooring with high-pile rugs. And, if you want to save time, it can even skip mopping in rooms that aren't dirty. It's an excellent option for those who have a variety of flooring in your home and do not want to invest the money to buy Roborock. Roborock with advanced mapping features.
7. Q5 Pro
If you're looking for a versatile robot vacuum and mop that is able to handle regular maintenance as well as touch-ups to messy messes that are wet, this robot is a great option. It comes with a variety of features, including a self emptying dustbin and a separate dock for refilling water, as well as adjustable settings that can be adjusted via the app. It is surprisingly quiet and easily moves around furniture legs or socks. It's not able to pick up tangled rug tassels up and its battery drains faster than other models we've test.
With a cost of less than $250 and less than $250, the Q5 Pro is a bargain-friendly powerhouse that packs serious suction and a handy automation into a sleek. It wasn't as efficient as the Roborock S8 MaxV Ultra in our vacuuming tests however, it performed very well. It comes with a variety of cleaning modes, from the low-power 'Quiet mode which is suitable for small debris to the more powerful Turbo mode for carpeted areas. It even has the ability to automatically remove and reattach the mop pads, without getting your carpets wet.
8. K10 Plus
The K10 Plus is an excellent robot mop and vacuum cleaner that can be used in smaller areas. It's extremely quiet and speedy, and it does a good job of navigating tight spots. It's also excellent at removing pet hair from carpeting.
It's smaller than many of its competition however it doesn't compromise features. It has decent suction power and can be set to take pictures of each object it finds (i.e. chew toys socks, chew toys) and mark them in the app as 'not found' to ensure that they will not be taken up in subsequent cleanings. The photos are secured and not linked to your account.
It's great for vacuuming, but not so well in mopping. It uses disposable wet wipes that you clip onto the bottom of the bot, and then it drags them across your floor. Compare this to the Roborock S8 MaxV Ultra and Narwhal, which come with water reservoirs that automatically wash and reattach their mopheads.
